Our word to you

Privacy Notice

Agamadhara is run by people, not by a data operation. We ask for as little as an order needs, and we do not sell or rent what you give us to anyone.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, delivery address, email, phone number and order details. Payment and checkout are handled by Shopify — card details never reach us.
  • When you ask for the Rudraksha guide: your email address, and the page the request came from.
  • When you write on WhatsApp: your message and phone number, held in that conversation.
  • While you browse: anonymous usage and advertising measurement through Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel, so we know which pages help seekers and which do not.

How we use it

To dispatch your order and answer your questions, to send the guide you asked for, and — if you gave us your email — to occasionally write about new offerings or observances. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and one click is enough.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the store work: Shopify (orders, checkout and payment), our couriers (delivery address), our website and database hosting, and Google and Meta for the anonymous measurement described above. Each of them sees only what their part of the journey requires.

Cookies and tracking

Your cart is remembered in your own browser. Measurement and advertising cookies are set by Google and Meta; you can block them in your browser settings or through your device's ad settings without losing the ability to shop here.

Your choices

Write to us on WhatsApp or reply to any of our emails and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it — including removing your email from our list entirely. We will do it and confirm when it is done.
