Terms of Sale

These terms govern purchases made through agamadhara.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout; your order is confirmed when that payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email. If an item sells out or is mispriced, we will tell you and refund you in full rather than substitute something else.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are cleansed, consecrated and packed within 1–2 working days. Delivery windows and costs are set out on our shipping & returns page. Courier timelines are estimates, not guarantees; customs duties on international orders are payable by you.

Authenticity

We sell genuine items and describe them truthfully — origin, mukhi count, material and the rite performed. Natural seeds and stones vary in size, shade and marking; a bead will not be identical to its photograph, and that variation is a sign of the natural, not a defect. If an item is not what we described it to be, return it and we will refund it in full.

What we do not promise

Our descriptions record what the Agamas and the living tradition traditionally associate with an item. They are offered for devotional practice. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no outcome — of health, wealth, marriage, litigation or any other affair — is promised or guaranteed. Please continue any medical treatment you are receiving.

Use of this site

The text, photographs and guides on this site are ours; please do not republish them commercially without permission. Quoting a passage with a link back to us is welcome.
