Before you order
Shipping & Returns
Nothing leaves Agamadhara in a hurry. Each item is cleansed, energized and wrapped before it is entrusted to a courier. Orders are cleansed, consecrated and packed within 1–2 working days.

How your parcel travels
- Every parcel travels tracked — the tracking link reaches you by email the moment it leaves us.
- Sacred items are wrapped in cloth and sealed so they are not handled casually in transit.
- Customs duties or import taxes on international orders are set by your country and payable by you.
- If a parcel arrives damaged or is not as described, write to us within 30 days and we will make it right.
Returns, damage and wrong items
If a parcel reaches you damaged, incomplete, or holding something other than what you ordered, write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund it in full — you do not have to argue for it.
Because Rudraksha, malas and murtis are consecrated for a specific wearer and are worn against the skin, we cannot resell a bead that has been worn. Unworn items in their original wrapping can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Reach us first on WhatsApp so we can guide the return properly rather than have a sacred item travel unprotected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item reaches us. Customs duties and return postage on international orders are not refundable.
If you are unsure before buying
Ask us first. We would rather spend ten minutes helping you choose the right bead than process a return. Read why authenticity matters and how to care for a consecrated item.
